Facilities & Access Information

General

• Dogs are permitted in certain areas, however we are not ideally a dog walking destination
• Our access to our tea room is through our food and gift sections and only assistance dogs are permitted
• Well behaved dogs are permitted on the patio area. On arrival please notify a member of staff
• We can offer an area where dogs can be tied up with water provided
• Toilets are available on site

Access

• The garden centre is fully wheelchair accessible, regardless of the weather
• The Tea Room has wheelchair access and a ramp into the garden
• Accessible toilet facilities are available
• We can provide a wheelchair for customers to use around the site
